Saya Gray - SAYA

Now that the sunny weather seems to have left us, it is time to bring back those vibes with Saya Gray’s deliciously breezy, yet intricately layered latest album, released last February. The melodies are both meticulous and meandering and fit in perfectly with the crisp and layered production. It’s poppy, organic, clever and effortless at the same time.

I may seem a bit over-generous with the adjectives, but I believe they are justified. In the first track, Saya tells us she doesn’t fall in love in the spring time - easier said than done when, on this album, there’s so much to fall for.
